CHAPTER 81&82.
“Ahh… plea…” Ocean squealed and passed out.
She took the whips up again and lashed her, making long red marks appear more on her skin, touching even her face.
Katrina’s tears were flowing like a flood, the cane was hitting her too and giving her marks as well.
Suddenly they heard the police siren.
“The police” Naomi rushed to her and grabbed the canes from her.
The thugs became alert and brought out their guns.
“How did they find us?!!!” Katrina yelled.
“I have no idea” Naomi shook her head.
“Let’s leave here” Naomi urged and one of the thugs opened the backdoor.
They rushed out but a surprise was waiting for them as they ran towards the brambles(bush), they were extremely shocked to see police men spring out of the bushes like foxes ready for attack.
” Drop your weapons “One of them said.
Katrina turned but two police officers blocked the back door.
” Nowhere to run just give it up “A female officer raised her brows while pointing a gun at them.
” Weapons down!! ”
The thugs slowly put their guns on the floor.
Meanwhile Rhett and Marcello rushed into the abandoned house, Rhett had a tracker on Ocean, it was in an earring, that was how he traced her location and kidnapped her, Den helped him a lot with those kind of things, the drugs, GPS tracking device and other things he was even good at hacking.
Marcello called the police and got immediate assistance and response through his friend in the police force.
They got to them and followed their car to where the GPS tracker traced them too.
They had already assembled themselves and surrounded the house, the siren sound was just a bait to make them come out of their shells.
Now back to the present.
“Bella” Rhett yelled teary-eyed.
“She’s pregnant” Marcello gasped, he didn’t know when tears filled his eyes, he was hurt about everything, he really developed feelings for her and now she’s pregnant.
Seeing the red marks on her body, the blood, his tears couldn’t help falling.
“Bella , please wake up” Rhett muttered, fighting back more of his tears.
The female police came into the room through the back door.
“$h|t!” She cursed.
“She’s losing blood and the baby might follow, don’t just squat there, carry her to your car, the ambulance might be too late”She said.
Without wasting another second, Rhett carried her in bridal style not minding the blood that stained him.
He rushed outside and raced to his car, Katrina was being forced into the police vehicle along with Naomi and the hired thugs.
Rhett didn’t wait for Marcello, he sped off like a mad man.

ALESSANDRO’S MANSION
Rosa sat in the sitting room, watching a movie on her phone ,she wasn’t crying at all, she could even care less of Dan’s death, though he is her father but he doesn’t deserve that responsibility or name at all, he was never a good father, only abusive.
Roxana was busy sobbing annoyingly..
“Shut up already Roxana, Jesus, I need some peace, I beg you, you are not the only one that lost a useless father, stop acting hysterical, I can hear your crying through my earpiece, let me watch this beautiful movie” Rosa complained and rolled her eyes.
“He was our dad” Roxana blew her nose into the tissue
“Wh@ťěver” Rosa scoffed.
Vikita entered the house, she just came from confirming the body of Dan.
“Mom, is it really dad?” Roxana asked as she spotted Vikita.
Vikita sighed, she walked to the sofa and fell on it tiredly..
“Yes, it’s your dad’s dead body” Vikita sighed.
Roxana gasped, Rosa stared at her dramatically.
“Roxana, you should not study law in school, rather be an actress,” Rosa chuckled.
“Oh, Ro, you are insane,” Rosa laughed.
“What’s funny?” Roxana sobbed.
“Does Rhett and Marcello know?” Rosa asked when she stopped laughing.
“Yes, I informed Marcello but I don’t know about Rhett,” Vikita sighed and placed one hand on her eyes and another on her lap.
“Even mom isn’t crying” Rosa resumed the movie.
“Mom”
“Ro, please let me have some rest, I beg you” Vikita pleaded.
Roxana sniffed before sneezing into the tissue in her hand.

Centre Hospital ***
“What did the doctor say?” Marcello rushed in and asked.
He held Rhett’s shoulder and Rhett faced him with a wet face.
Marcello slapped his own head with his palm.
He removed his hand from his shoulder and placed it on his waist.
“You are crying?” Marcello shook his head…
He didn’t know whether to feel sorry for him or just….
He followed his instinct and gave Rhett a slap on the back of his head.
“Ouch!!” Rhett pouted his lips.
He punched Marcello’s right shoulder and he staggered a bit.
“Are you mad?” Rhett asked sharply…
“Why are you crying like a baby?She’s in a bad state, if she wakes up and sees you crying, how would she feel?” Marcello asked.
“Goodness, for once, act mature, you aren’t a kid, since now you’ve got her pregnant, be ready to be a dad, that means you should be able to act like a man” Marcello said and pushed his chest lightly.
“What did the doctor say?”
“That Ɓîtçh Katrina really hurt her, her skin is filled with lots of red marks all over her skin, the doctor said she almost lost the baby but she’s fine, she didn’t lose it, but she could at any time” Rhett muttered.
“I don’t understand a thing you are saying” Marcello snapped.
“She has to be bedridden because the kicks were severe, the pregnancy is fragile and now complicated, she has to stay here in the hospital, under observation” Rhett explained better.
“How many months gone”
“A month and three weeks,she would have to stay here for another month and a week, till the first trimester is over” Rhett sighed sadly.
“I’m tired” Rhett ruffled his hair.
“See what your playboy life has caused you” Marcello mocked.
“But I found a bad@zz”Rhett managed to smile.
” Yah, she’s a Bad@zz”Marcello smiled.
“I really like her,” Marcello frowned.
“I love her,” Rhett argued and turned back to him.
