?Mira Pov?
I can’t believe that Ryan’s parents rejected me all because of a girl called Vicky. Besides, the girl is just too beautiful. I took my phone and dialed Cole’s number.
“Hello Cole, I need your help right now” I said
“What do you need Mira, I am always at your service” He said.
“I will send a picture to you shortly and I need you to send the girl’s background for me, it is very urgent and if you do your job well, I will reward you well” I said and I immediately hanged up.
I sent Vicky’s picture to him and I sighed sadly. I heard a car horn and I saw my dad’s car driving into the compound. I immediately began to shed crocodile tears. He entered the living room and when he saw me crying he immediately rushed to meet me.
“What is wrong with you?” He asked me and I increased my fake tears.
“Even if I can’t marry Ryan anymore, dad can I spend a month with him?” I asked and he stared at me.
“But Mira, why do you want to spend a month with him?” Dad asked.
“Because he is my childhood friend and it has been long since we had a holiday together” I said and began to shed more tears.
“I will see what I can do about it, I will talk to my friend” Dad said and I became excited.
“Thanks dad, you are the best” I said and hugged him.
“Now that you are okay, I need to get some rest. I will talk to my friend about it after the rest” He said and I smiled.
Finally I can be closer to my Ryan and now I need to think about my next action.
?Ryan Pov?
I was still thinking about Layla when my phone began to ring.
“Hello dad, how are you doing?” I asked.
“I am fine son, what if Vicky?” He asked.
“She is fine dad” I replied.
“Mira’s father called me and I want Mira to spend a month with you. You know you do this a lot during your childhood days” Dad said and I became irritated.
“Dad, that was then. I am not a kid anymore. Besides, I have a lot of work to do and I can’t have time for her” I said and dad chuckled.
“Ryan, shd is staying with you for a month and that is final” Dad said and he hanged up.
Just when I was thinking of solving a problem another one came in. Can things get any better?. I sighed in frustration and I dialed Juliet’s number.
“Hey big bro, wassup” Juliet said and I can hear Julieta chuckling in the background. I wonder why they are always together.
“I need your help but before I talk, put the phone on speaker please” I said and Julieta laughed.
“The phone is already on speaker bro” Juliet said and I sighed.
“What if I was about to tell you a big secret? So that is how Julieta would have known about it” I said and I can hear their laughter the background.
“What is funny? I am being serious here” I said and they stopped laughing.
“What is wrong big bro? Why are you sounding cold?” Julieta asked.
“I and Layla had a big fight and now we are not on talking terms. Just when I was thinking of settling fight with Layla, dad called and he told me that Mira is to stay with me for a whole month”. I even tried to disagree but he told me that it is his decision and his decisions are final” I said and I can hear both of them discussing quietly in the background and after a while they stopped talking.
“Ryan, we will help you deal with Mira but first we must settle the fight between you and Layla and since Mira wants to move in with you, me, my sis and Layla will also stay with you and we will frustrate her till she leaves” Juliet said.
“Thanks so much girls, i love you very much” I said happily.
“But we have a question for you” Juliet said.
“Ask me wh@ťěver you want and I will reply you” I said and can hear them whispering to each other. I hope it is something I can handle.
“Do you love Layla?” They both chorused and i felt shocked.
“Oh no my food is burning, i need to go girls but keep to your promise and settle my fight with Layla” I said and I immediately hanged up. These girls are so crazy how could they ask me that.
?Layla Pov?
I was in the sitting room watching movie. I am actually the only one at home because Stephanie went to work and Kylie went out but I am very sure that he went to visit Layla because I overheard their phone conversation this morning. Because of Stephanie’s plan I made sure that I moved all my properties documents that are in my home to a safe place that only me knows about. I am missing my parents since I have been betrayed by those that I trust, I am alone without any friend. I made a mental note to call my dad and mum later in the day. I was still thinking when the door bell sounded. I stood up and opened the door. I was surprised to see Juliet and Julieta.
“Hey girls, what are you doing here?” I asked in a surprised manner.
“Layla we missed you so much” the twins said and they both hugged me.
“Okay fine, i missed you too my crazy sisters” I said and we all laughed.
I served them juice and cookies and we watched some movies together.
“So now tell me why you are here, because I have a feeling that you are here for something else apart from an ordinary visit” I said and they smiled.
“You are right Layla, our brother explained things to us and we are here to beg on his behalf. We know what he said was extremely wrong but you know our brother has an empty brain and he reasons like a child” Juliet said and I laughed hard. If only Ryan can hear the insults that his sisters are giving him.
“Yeah Layla, please forgive empty brained Ryan. He is just an immature Kid and he does not reasons before he talks” Julieta added and I laughed.
“It is okay guys, I will think about it” I said but they immediately kept down and they began to beg me.
“Layla, if you don’t forgive him today, he will fall sick and die” Juliet said.
“Oh yeah, and when he dies dad and mum will mourn him for days” Julieta said.
“And our company will suffer. Okay should we beat him for you so that you can forgive him?” Juliet said and I laughed hard. This girls are something else. Ryan is really coping with them.
“It is okay girls, I forgive him” I said and they both screamed in excitement.
“Yay!!! We love you Lay lab and thanks so much for listening to us” Juliet said and I smiled.
We continued the movies till evening and they decided to leave. I made them goodbye and I went back to my room.
?Mira Pov?
I was packing my bags and preparing to go to Ryan’s house when my phone rang. I discovered that it was Cole and I picked his call.
“Hello Ma’am” he said.
“Hi Cole, any news?” I asked him.
“Yeah, I discovered that the so called Vicky is not from York Ville. I mean I can’t get any information that matches with her” Cole said.
“You are very useless, make sure you investigate more about her” I said and I ended the call.
He is very useless. I continued to pack my bags and when I was done, I entered my car and drove towards Ryan’s house.

After driving into Ryan’s compound, I walked towards the front door and I rang the door bell. He opened the door and I hugged him but he did not hug me back, he only pushed me off then he walked towards his car then he drove off. Gosh I can’t believe he just ignored me. I went into the house and dropped my bags in his room. Now time to prepare dinner for my darling Ryan.

After driving out of my compound, I drove towards the nearest restaurant. Juliet and Julieta called me and told me to meet them there. After getting to the restaurant, I saw them and I approached them.
“Hello guys” I said and I was about to sit on a chair when Juliet used her leg to kick the chair and I landed on the floor with a thud. Some people glance at me with pity while others laughed. I got up and I gave Juliet an angry look.
“Oh poor bro, he must have hurted himself, Juliet you are so wicked”Juliet said.
“Sorry bro but I only wanted to stretch my leg besides you are not even strong” Juliet said.
“Big bro is not only dumb, he is also weak but I feel sorry for him, his buttock must be hurting him” Julieta said mockingly and they both began to laugh while I stared at them in frustration.
“Why did you call me here?” I said.
“Well thanks to us Layla is not angry anymore” Julieta said.
“But you will pay us bro, I want a huge sum of money” Juliet said and I glared at her.
“Forget that, Mira is in my house right now” I said.
“WHAT!!!” they shouted and they both stood up and began to walk out of the restaurant while I ran after them. Mira is in trouble.
