“Excuse us” Jade told 2 couples who were kissing in class.

Jade and Whitney passed them and they sat down.
“What’s with them?” Whitney snarled.

“Oh my. Jayden?” Jade widened her eyes.
Jayden was coming over to them. He made his way and sat close to Whitney.
Desmond sat with Clark, in front.
“What are you doing here?” Whitney asked.
“He’s our course mate” Jade whispered.
“Who cares? Who gave him the audacity to seat here” Whitney scoffed.
“Its not like you own or bought the seats” He looked at her, finally.
“You didn’t buy it either” She snarled.
“My dad did” Jayden nodded.
“What’s he saying?” She thought, with an eye roll.
“His dad actually donated money for this chairs and luxury you see here. He’s a powerful and wealthy man, you know”

Soon, the lecturer came and class started for the day.
AFTER CLASS**
“Hey…Jayden?? Where are you running to? Wait up!” Clark said.

People around were laughing and murmuring about.

A black spotless and luxurious car suddenly pulled up in front of Jayden and a man walked out from the car.
Everyone shouted, immediately.

Jayden smiled and nodded.

Ricardo smiled and entered the car..
Jayden went to the other side and entered the car.
The car drove off, instantly.
“Wait…Who was that?” Whitney asked.
“Jayden’s father” Jade replied.
“That man looks familiar for some reason” Whitney tilted her head.
“That’s because you seen him severally on TV” Jade said.
“Yes. It seems” She nodded.
“Well. That’s Mr Ricardo Jovel. The newest appointed government minister”
“Wow” Whitney muttered.
“Now, You’re falling for him?”
“Huh?? Hell no! I’m…I’m just fascinated. Nothing wrong with that, huh?”
“Absolutely” Jade chuckled and they walked away from sight.
AT NIGHT**
The girls just had a shower and a savoring dinner and finally went to their various beds.
“Hey…Come look at this cuties” Jade laughed.
“Hmm…Lemme see” Whitney went towards her.
Jade showed her and Instagram post. Jayden posted lots of pictures. His dad was smiling ear to ear with him.
They were having a great dinner, by the looks of the table and environment.

*Ping!* Her phone sounded.
She checked and saw it was a message from her mother.

“Lemme go see the stars. The ceiling is so boring” She thought and left.
She climbed the stair case which led to the rooftop.

“I’m glad, you did”
“I love you, pa” Jayden hugged him.
“I love little, lad” His father hugged him as well.
“Now,,, go ahead” Ricardo broke the hug.
Jayden nodded, waved to him and went in.
Ricardo smiled brightly and entered the car which drove off.
“They’re really close and sweet. What would happen if their bond broke or something bad happened to them? They would broken and shattered. I mean, they seem like people who can’t live without each other”
“I pray that their relationship lasts. It’s so worth it” Whitney who was watching from the rooftop said, inwardly.
She sighed deeply and looked up, to the dark skies.
“What’s this? Why are there no stars? Gosh” She muttered.

“We’re the Clubhouse!” Clark replied.

“Goodness. This night? Look,,, I’m not at home”

“That noise. Are you in a party?! Perhaps, The college’s clubhouse?”
“Yup. Why? You coming?” Desmond asked, already rolling his eyes.
“Is…Jayden there?” She muttered.
“Not yet but Clark already informed him. He’ll be here soon. You coming?” Desmond asked.
“Yes. I feel like partying a little” Jade chuckled.
“Can you come with…your roommate?” Desmond whispered.
“No. She isn’t interested. She doesn’t fancy those things. Party? People? Pphttt! They aren’t her thing”
“Huh? Okay then” Desmond said and hung the call.
Jade giggled.
“Gotta dress”
“And who said partying ain’t my thing?” A voice sounded.
“Huh…Whitney?” Jade muttered and turned to the door.
