FERNANDO’S ROOM***
“How’s she?” Fernando asked Camila. They’re both in his room with Valerie laying on the bed unconscious.
Thankfully, she wasn’t far away from them when she fainted. Fernando carried her to his room and instructed Camila to treat her immediately.
Camila sighed.
“Boss, I don’t know how you will be able to take this but… Valerie is pregnant. She’s two weeks gone”
Everywhere suddenly went silent.
“Boss?” Camila called, seeing his hard gaze.
“Is that all?” He asked coldly.
“Yes. She fainted because she stressed herself a bit too much which is bad for her condi….”
“Leave” Fernando ordered
“Huh?”
Fernando threw her a deadly glare and she rushed out of the room, carrying her box along.
Fernando paced around the room in deep thought, how could she get pregnant? She was already in danger as it is not to talk of the baby inside her. What will be Don’s reaction when he finds out? Can he even let her go again?
Valerie’s eyes sprang open, she flew out of the bed and ran to the bathroom, puking her stomach out.
She raised her head from the sink and washed her bed, she stood up, breathing heavily.
She looked around the bathroom, she quickly went out and saw Fernando looking so disturbed. She didn’t even noticed him earlier.
“Why am I here?” She asked coldly.
“Where’s my Bag?” She looked around the room and found it by the wall.
She made to take a move when Fernando held her hand.
She look at his hand before looking at him, she jerked her hand off.
“I told you not to touch me, didn’t I?” She glared.
“You can’t, you can’t leave. It’s dangerous for you” Fernando said.
Valerie chuckled which didn’t even last for a second
“Dangerous? I would rather walk into the lion’s den than to stay here with you!” She yelled.
“I know you h@ťě me but can you just do this? If not for anything, but for the baby inside you” Fernando said.
Valerie went mute for a while.
“A baby? There’s a baby inside me?” She asked after she regained her voice back.
“Yes, and it’s very dangerous now as it is my child. Val, just do this for me, don’t go anywhere”
Valerie went silent. She’s pregnant? There’s a baby inside her? Should she be happy or not?
“Val, I know you h@ťě me by now but trust me, everything I’m doing is for your own good. I don’t h@ťě you, you’re special to me, very special that I don’t want you to get into any harm”
Valerie scoffed.
“You’re saying this because I’m carrying your baby, right?” She asked.
“What?”
“I know you wouldn’t be saying this in your right senses” she said hurtingly.
“Val…”
“It’s fine, I get where you’re going. You want me to stay here, right? Fine, I’ll do just that, but don’t you ever come close to me” she warned, pointing her finger at him.
Fernando nodded.
“And…. Send someone to bring me something to eat, I’m hungry” she added.
She cleared her throat and went out of the room, leaving her bag since she wasn’t leaving anymore.
Fernando sat on the bed and rubbed his face with his palm, he was in a serious $h|t right now. But one thing he is assured of is that, Valerie is going to keep his baby.

CAMILA’S ROOM***
“Val, you’re back!” Camila ran to hug Valerie when she entered.
“Yea, I’m not going anywhere” Valerie smiled. Truth be told, she never wished to leave in the first place. This place was already her home, she couldn’t even imagine herself going back to live with those Ɓîtçhes her father brought to their house.
“Seriously? That’s a relief” Jade muttered.
Valerie looked at her elbow and pouts sadly.
“I’m sorry about that, she just made me mad” she mumbled.
“It’s fine, you have a hot temper tho. I even mistook you for Nicki Bella” Jade joked and they all laughed.
“That Ɓîtçh really deserved it, how could she say those words to you?” Camila said.
“She wasn’t wrong tho” Valerie mumbled but to their hearing.
“Well, I don’t think so” Camila said.
“So now, you’re staying, right?” Jade asked again.
“Yes. Gosh, I’m hungry” Valerie rubbed her stomach.
A knock was heard and the person entered. It turned out to be a girl, a tray could be seen in her hand.
“Is that for me?” Valerie quickly asked.
The girl nodded. Valerie quickly collected the tray from her hand and went to sat on the chair.
“Who asked you to give her the food?” Camila asked.
“It was Boss that told me to” the girl replied.
Camila nodded and asked her to leave.
“You didn’t even asked who asked her to bring the food, you’re already eating it” Camila scolded.
“I told him before I left his room” Valerie said with her mouth full.
“Just take it easy and don’t choke” Jade said.
“Thanks, but I’m not giving you” Valerie said.
Jade and Camila laughed.

CHLOE’S ROOM***
“I actually warned you but you refused to hear, now look at your face” Anna said.
Chloe is lieing on the bed, her face is hard to recognize as it’s full of blood and bruises, her body is not excluded too.
“My body hurts, I think I’m dying” Chloe cried.
Anna stifled a laugh.
“Sorry babe, but you kinda deserve it, you know” she shrugged.
“I’m going to make her pay for this, I won’t relent” Chloe said.
“Are you being real right now? After all this she has done to you? Can’t you just let her be, so far I know, she hasn’t done anything wrong to you” Ivy said.
“Of course she did. She stole Fernando away from me”
“He wasn’t yours in the first place” Anna chirped in.
Chloe ignored her and continued.
“She slapped me and then did this to me, she won’t go scot free”
“Maybe when you finally lose one of your legs, that’s when you’ll come back to your senses” Anna said.
“Chloe, I think you’ve done enough. Besides, the Boss will only h@ťě you more if you try to hurt her again” Ivy said.
“I don’t care!! I don’t!!!” Chloe’s eyes widened as her breath seized.
“I can’t breathe, I can’t…” She lost consciousness immediately.
“Go and call Camila quick!” Ivy yelled and Anna scurried away.
“Don’t do this to yourself, Chloe” Ivy mumbled.

“Yes, she’s leaving the clan today. When she’s out of the clan, I’ll abduct her and then bring her to you” Andres said to Arturo over the phone.
“Nando is still that daft little boy. Do that soon Andres, my patience is running out” Arturo said.
“Okay. Let’s see later” Andres said before hanging up.
He looked around and breathe out in relief when he saw no one in sight. He’s in a secluded corner where no one can see him
He came out of his hiding and inserted his phone into his pocket. He placed that innocent smile which hide his evil deeds on his face before walking back to his room.
He was still walking when he met Jade, he furrowed his brow when he saw her looking so happy.
“Isn’t she supposed to be sad Valerie is leaving?” He asked himself.
He decided to find out
“Hi, it’s been long, isn’t it?” He smiled when she got to him
“Yes, I hardly see you around. Are you always going out?” Jade asked.
“No, I just love staying in my room” he replied.
“Same as my brother” Jade chuckled.
“I heard Valerie is leaving, I’m sure you’ll be so sad right now” he said knowingly.
“Well, she ain’t leaving anymore. Boss asked her to stay back” Jade said.
“What! Are you f-__-king kidding me?!” He shouted.
Jade got startled, she moved back in fear.
“I’m sorry, I was just happy” Andres quickly said when he noticed the expression on her face.
Jade chuckled nervously.
“It’s fine, everyone is too. I should get going” Jade said and left him instantly.
“What’s wrong with him? So weird” Jade mumbled to herself as she walked away.
“Fernando, what are you planning now?” Andres gritted, clenching his jaw.
He decided to call Arturo and to inform him of his latest discovery.
