Chapter 34
Aliya staggered into the house and met her mom in the sitting room
“You’re here Honey, how’s Nirvana?” Celine asked, going to meet her
” Mom” She called and started going down but Celine was fast enough to hold her
“What’s wrong honey? Your eyes are red, did you cry?”
” Mom, she’s gone, she left me” she burst into another round of tears
” What do you mean”
” Nirvana, my Nirva…. She’s gone to.. to her real family” she choke on her tears and Celine quickly hugged
“It’s alright honey, it’s fine” Celine stroke her hair as she kept crying loudly

♠ A Month later, South Korea ♠
★Reality Talent School★
Nirvana and Jasmine had become close. Though it seemed like an impossible mission from the start. It took months before they could finally get along and the bond between them grew to be very strong as each day passed. They looked so much alike that Nirvana had to dye her hair dark brown
Desmond is still trying his best to figure out who the real Sera was among them.
Nirvana was not just any type of girl, she was crazy.. you talk gibberish to her she returns it with countless slaps or you receive the beatings of your life
She was protective over Jasmine cause Jasmine was gentle and that made her wonder why they had two opposite character.
“I’ve been wanting to ask you this Nirvana, I discovered you have no shadow. You’re the first human I will see without one, isn’t it strange? Are you even human? I mean, who doesn’t have a shadow?” Jasmine asked
“I know right?, I was surprised too but mom and dad told me it’s because I am special. So I didn’t care about what other people said and again, no one had the balls to ask me about it back in the states”
“You must have missed home. I mean your home in Las Vegas” Jasmine said as they walked to the cafeteria
“Yeah, I do miss home but I’m glad I get to do video call with my parents, Liya and those I cherish over there moreover mom, dad and Liya also come visiting most time, so,,,,, it’s manageable” Nirvana shrug
They got to the cafeteria and they got what they wanted to eat before settling down on a table
“Hey girls” Desmond smiled, walking to them.
“Hi” they both replied at a time
“Are you just coming?” Jasmine asked and Desmond nodded sitting close to her
His gaze move to Nirvana but she didn’t even spare him a glance.. he wasn’t staring because he wanted to, he was trying to read what was going on in her head but he couldn’t
He stared at space enjoying the cold breeze as it was Nirvana’s turn to steal glances at him
He’s cute I must admit. He’s one of the most handsome guys I’ve come across.. she thought staring at him and he suddenly Ç0çƙ his head towards her direction and their eyes met
Nirvana quickly face down and smacked her head softly while Desmond smiled.
Gosh, what was I thinking… She grumbled mentally
“See who we’ve got here” Rachel said walking to them. ” The two identical idiots” She mocked
Nirvana balled her fist under the table
“You want the map of Korea on your face” she asked daringly
Jasmine quickly squeeze her hands gently trying to calm her down and she inhaled deeply
“Is there something going on here?” Sandra said walking to them too
Gosh.. this place is becoming boring. No one can replace liya’s craziness… Nirvana thought
“I’ll be in class” She said and stood up
“Let’s go together” Jasmine said .
“It’s fine.. I just want to video chat Liya for a while” Nirvana smiled and Jasmine nodded
“It seems Your sister doesn’t like me” Sandra said as she watch Nirvana leave
“Who will like an ugly thing like you? I guess she has same taste as me…. Rachel Lean closer. ” We h@ťě ugly people” She added and walk away while swaying her hips
“Where’s Nirvana?” Aspen asked coming to join their table with Min-yung.
“You have a crush on her?” Sandra wagged her brow at him and he blushed
“Wow,,, you’re blushing. you indeed have a crush on her” Sandra said
“What’s wrong? You look worried today” Min yung faced Desmond
“I’m fine” he replied and Min-yung nodded
” Where’s Jenny” Min-yung asked
“She wasn’t interested in lunch, she’s in class” Jasmine replied
” I’ll be back” Desmond left before Jasmine could even say anything
He met Nirvana in the studio room along with Michael. They were talking and laughing heavily
Michael and Nirvana had become friends all because Michael was funny but it still surprised her how she doesn’t feel anything for him despite how he use to make her smile
She’s been avoiding Desmond because she’s scared she might fall for him and get another heartbreak
She had made inquiries about Desmond and she found out he’s single but her twin seem to like him though she isn’t sure about it since Jasmine has never for once mentioned it
Desmond walked fully into the studio room but they were oblivious of his presence
“Oh you’re here” Michael said and he hummed a reply before sitting close to Nirvana who shifted on her seat, creating a large gap between them
Desmond noticed this and frown
“Do you h@ťě me that much?” He asked and she shook her head in denial..
I don’t want to fall for you when I know my sister loves you… She said in her mind but Desmond couldn’t read her
“It’s been a month now, and I’m trying to figure out something before it’s too late. But I don’t know if you will permit me” he said and Nirvana narrowed her brow
“So? What does it have to do with me?” She asked locking her gaze with his
“Of course, I want to figure out something from you. I don’t know if you will let me” Desmond said leaning closer to her, their lips just an inch apart
Desmond’s eyes stayed glued on her lips all through
She also felt her heart skipping beats.
Why are you beating fast? She thought and took her lower lip into her mouth before releasing them and for a moment, Desmond lost his mind staring at her wet lips
her eyes trail Desmond’s face till they landed on his lips and she swallowed emptiness
“I…I don’t understand” She stuttered slowly
She wasn’t the type of girl to fan-girl over a guy’s beauty.. but the guy right in front of her was making her loss her senses
she suddenly turn her face away from him, avoiding his gaze but he turn her face to himself lightly making her face him again
I will go watch out for Jasmine, so be fast with wh@ťěver you wanna confirm…Michael said in his head and left
“How…how do you wanna figure it out… from me?” She stuttered again
“Like this” he replied and crash his lips on hers taking her by surprise
Her eyes dilated in surprise and She tried pushing him off but his grip on her was too strong..
He didn’t allow her break the kiss either and immediately Sera’s memory came rushing into his head

“Where are you taking me to?”
“Don’t worry you will soon find out” Albert replied
“Help. Someone help” Sera cried
“No one is helping you and moreover, Stone can’t connect with me here. Neither can he hear your thoughts nor mine”

“Here is Desmond’s mate.. I want a favor from you.. Albert said
“What do you want” Kono replied
“I want Desmond to find it very difficult to find Sera or better still, let him never find her”
“So what do you want me to do? Kono asked and Albert walk up to him
“I want her to be born as a twin.. and one should be the shadow of the other So even when he sees them, he won’t know the real Sera”
“I Know what to do” Kono laughed
Desmond immediately broke the kiss and his eyes widdened.
How could Albert be this heartless? He thought then looked at Nirvana who just stared at him, confusion obvious on her face
“I’m sorry Sera.. I mean Nirvana” Desmond smiled while she just stared at him not knowing what to say
Her heart was still beating crazily and loudy that she thought Desmond could hear it beats
She swallowed hard trying to say something but no words were forth coming.
Why am I suddenly dumb? She thought.
Does it means I like him too? I was supposed to slap him right? She thought again still staring at him and Desmond eyes dilated as her thoughts rang directly in his head
I can finally hear her thoughts….
