“You’re here,,, my lawyer” She smiled.
Ken smirked.
“I’m here to save you and take you out of this mess. When all this is over, You and Malcolm have a lot to talk about and settle”
Cindy grunted, lowly.
“I’m not sure its me. As far as I can remeenber,,, It’s not me! I didn’t do it, I swear!! I never bought fhat…that thing to work” Cindy shook her head.
Ken sighed.
“You sure?”
“I’ve never been so sure, like this,, ever,,, in my life”
“Long story short,,, Someone planned this and did all this to you,,, intentionally”
“Who??” She widened her eyes.
“How…would I know?? I should be the one asking you that. Who did this to you? Who could have done this to you? Wjp h@ťěs you to this extent??”

“I…don’t know. I…just…I’m confused. I’ve someone in mind,,, though its unnecessary for her to go extra miles. What did I ever do to her?? Well,,, that if she is even guilty” She said, with an eye roll.
“Who is your suspect?”
“Its just a suspect,,, okay??”
“Heard. So,,, who’s the suspect??” Ken asked, again.
Cindy sighed, deeply.
“Gina. Gina Woods”
“Who’s she?”
“She’s some doctor at R-breeds. We’ve been at each other necks for months now. She just h@ťěs the sight of me. Her dad owns the hospital and her mother owns that lab which we attacked then” She explained.
“Oh…” Ken muttered.
“Gina can’t be the one, though. She’s a novice in all this. How would she apply my finger prints all over the stuff? I know Gina. She’s stupid”
Ken rubbed his jaw.
“I think she’s working with someone. Someone smart”
“Who?” Cindy asked.
“Are you asking me all these now? I don’t even know this so called Gina so how would I know who she is working with?” Ken frowned, already tired of Cindy’s obnoxious questions.
“Sorry” She muttered.
Ken sighed.
“Do you know anyone close to Gina?”
Cindy laughed, shortly.
“Close to Gina? Who would be close to such a rude brute??”
“Try and think, Cindy”
“She got no friends. Nobody wants to even be close to her” Cindy rolled her eyes.
“Look at who, I’m trying to help here” He scoffed, angrily.
“Okay. Sorry, let me think. Okayyyy!!! I just remembered! There’s this girl who comes over to the hospital. They eat at times, and discuss. They laugh out like stupid hyenas and talk about irrelevant things”
“Like how you are also talking about these irrelevant things?” Ken raised a brow, slightly.

“What’s Gina’s friend name?”
“I don’t know and I never asked”
Ken bit his lower lip in thoughts.
“What about Gina? Is she on any social media app?”
“Yeah. Instagram” She nodded.
“What’s her handle?” He asked, bringing his face closer.
Cindy arched her brows.
“As far as I can remember, I think its GinaW”
Ken only smiled.
“Okay,,, I gotta go”
“Huh??”
Before she could say something else, He left.
“What’s with him?” She frowned.
She was about to stand when she heard the door squeaking open.
Oliver walked in.
“Cindy” He whispered, coming closer.
Cindy blinked her eyes.
“What are you doing here??”
“I came to see you” He answered.
“I don’t want to see you,,, so just go” She whispered, looking far from his eyes.
“Why not?” He whispered, and glanced at the handcuffs on her wrists.
She swallowed softly, looked at the handcuffs, and finally looked into his eyes.
“Cause I don’t want you to see me this way…”
“Wait,,,,
Before, he could complete his words, The warden had led her out.
“Sorry” She muttered.
Ken sighed.
“Do you know anyone close to Gina?”
Cindy laughed, shortly.
“Close to Gina? Who would be close to such a rude brute??”
