I was pretty stunned by her bravery and beauty and i don’t know why I don’t want to ki|| her.
I R@P£D my sword ready to stab her and she close her eyes as if ready to die,is she serious??
“Don’t do it”i heard my demon growls inside me and i don’t really know why but I drop the sword.
“I won’t ki|| u”i said and she snap her eyes opened and i was almost lost staring at her again.
“Really? Can’t believe the prince is sparing me”she chuckled and i pull her closer holding her arm to her back and she gaze hardly at me.
“Now keep quiet and stop talking,u are going to be a captive so watch what I say or i might seriously ki|| u”i said.
She didn’t seem to be moved by my thr_@t and she just shrugged off the thr_@t as if it was nothing.
“Chard,set up a quick call,we set out by dawn”i said and pull the princess with me and she didn’t struggle to go free either.

I sat close to the princess with my eyes closed and when I opened my eyes,i let with her worried look.
She seem kind of scared as my men pull off their armours and walk around including some that off their shirt.
It’s pretty hot here so I don’t blame them,i also stood up and off my armour too “don’t look at them like they are some beasts that will eat u”i said and she look at me.
“Who cares about if they are best am just scared u are going to allow ur men to have their way with me”she scoffed.
I bend down in front of her “why did u say that”i asked “that’s what almost all the princes do,if they captured women during war,they always allow their men to have their way with them,even my brother’s”she replied.
“Are u going to allow them too”she asked “and what if I do?”i smirked “i won’t allow it”she snapped.
“Seriously?? You are their captive”i said”ur captive not theirs,the last time I remembered,i cut through their bodies like papers and u are the one who got me, and i h@ťě the way some of them stare at me as they walk by so warn them”she added.
She just keep surprising me more and more with her cold looks and bravery,she doesn’t even act like she’s a captive.
“Really, what if I give them the permission?”i asked “i will either ki|| them or ki|| myself,i don’t care,even if I will die,i will die with full pride”sje replied.
“Good for u,go into the camp when u are tired”i said and walk off to a tree close by and pull off my shirt.
I turn back to see if she left but let her standing right infront of me “don’t feel too big,i just want to ask a question”she said and i nods.
“Are u the prince nicknamed as the devil son?”she asked “yh but my name is Jake”i replied and her eyes widened in shock.
“What’s ur own name?”i asked “juliana”she replied and i nods then jump on the tree and look down at her.
She’s not even taking a step away from the tree side and i chuckled seeing her look around so vigilantly.
“No one is going to touch u so go into the camp”i said “nah,i feel more ok close to u”she replied.
“Suit urself”i said and rest my back and close my eyes immediately trying to sleep.

I snapped my eyes opened sweating after a nightmare and sighed heavily when i realized I was still on the tree.
I look down and saw Juliana sleeping on the floor close to the tree, stubborn lady,she end up sleeping on this floor?
But what is this nightmare i keep having? Sometimes am either in an unknown destination or in an area surrounded with fire.
Gosh! My head hurts so badly right now, i look at the princess again then look at sky,it will he dawn soon

Soon it’s dawn and we set off with the princess immediately,she refused to to tied.
She’s quiet and annoying hut brave type,i mean she’s a captive and was supposed to do things the way we want but she keep giving her own opinion.
She wo’t stop talking either snd i even have to tie a peice of cloth around her mouth to stop her stop talking.
The journey was quiet faster than i thought and everyone is riding so fast and energetically too.

Sasha and mina alongside the warriors watch from the main camp as jake and jis men rode off with juliana as their captive.
They coukd have attacked but they also need to listen to the princess order who told them not to attack unless the enemy came towards their camp.
“Is she going to be ok”sasha asked worrily”we can only hope so,we should set back for the first camp now,if we get to the first camp earlier then we can pass the information to them and went from there to the empire,she might be lucky to still be alive”one of tye warriors replied and they all start packing getting ready to set off soon.

We arrived at DANTRUS two days later and get into the palace exactly at sun rise.
It was a smooth and fast journey too so we got home earlier than expected.
“Welcome princey”chris teased and Annis joined him but hes Smilling.
Am actually having a bad feeling about these two,why did they even come to welcome me in the first place??
“And who is she? Ur new wife,slave or concubine?”chris asked about to touch juliana ,”stop it,i have warned u countless times not to come out and welcome me again”i said.
“But we missed u”Annis said but not loud enough to be heard but I did heard him.
“We thought u won’t make it,like MENTRUS EMPIRE is one big and strong empire,even micheal troop lost to them years ago”nobee came out of nowhere.
Gosh! I take a deep breath to cool down “she’s neither a slut,nor my concubine so get that to ur skull”i said and remove the clothes i used to tied juliana’s mouth.
“Shed juliana,princess of MENTRUS EMPIRE”i said “are u joking? She’s a girl she can’t possibly be on the battlefield”chris said obviously not believing me.
“Hi,am juliana,captured warrior princess of MENTRUS EMPIRE”juliana introduced Smilling.
“Wait,,u really went to the battlefield and like hold sword??”chris asked with his eyes clearly showing how shocked he is.
“Ehhmmm yh,i mentioned it just now,am a warrior and i was trained to be one”juliana replied.
“Oh my! I think am in love”chris said holding his chest and i turn to liam.
“Take juliana to the ki quarters and tell the maids to dress her up and prepare her to meet father”i said and liam left with juli.
I turn back to my crazy brothers then back to the men “go take a rest for now”i said and they all bow and left.
“Let me say this loud and clear,she’s not a Ɓîtçh and none of u should even think of making any stupid move towards there”i warned.
“Actually am not interested,i have a wife and she’s too young for me”Annis smiled.
“Sorry for the interruption,i came to inform prince Nobee that lady salma (nobee’s mistress) gave birth”a maid said bowing.
