“Ophelia!” Lilac called.
“Ophelia!” Floyd called too but she’s not opening her eyes.
No one is looking at them cos everyone’s attention is on the stage.
“But is that really a human’s voice?, It’s not real, how can it be so tiny and sweet?” Floyd said, looking at Lotus who’s still singing on stage.
“I know right?, It’s too unreal, I want to faint too” Lilac replied and they both started listening to Lotus’s voice without bothering to do something about Ophelia.
Floyd’s hand that’s on the table mistakenly hit a cup of juice and it fell directly on Ophelia’s face, the juice poured on her and that woke her up.
She spranged up immediately.
“Ophelia you’re awake!” Lilac said surprisingly.
“Get out of this place right now!, You both!” She ordered and left.
Lilac exchanged glances with Floyd and they followed her.
Starr’s heart is still beating fast and he’s still staring at Lotus on stage as everyone kept screaming.
Exactly like the voice in his dreams….
His throat went void of saliva as his heart raced faster, just like his heart races when he ears the voice in his dreams.

The song ended like that and Rhythm played the outro before standing.
Everyone screamed louder than before and Martin looked at Lotus.
Honestly he was caught by shock when she started singing earlier but he had to try hard not to ruin it so he kept his shock at bay and just sang along.
“I’ve never heard this kind of voice before, it’s just as special as you, it’s beautiful” he said sincerely.
“Thanks” Lotus smiled and Martin hugged her before she knew it.
Starr stood still and just watched everything speechlessly.

Lotus has all attention on her and questions from various angles were thrown at her.
She just stood, looking at everyone and smiling.
Yolanda and Constance forced their way into the middle and took her away from there though the tough students still kept following her till they got out.
She was taken into Yolanda’s car and they all entered with her.
“Babe you’re popular already…geez I wanna be like you!” Constance said.
“Why didn’t you sing in class yesterday?, But you gave us a shocker tonight, I was astounded and mesmerized and amazed and…I love you Lotus baby!” Rhythm said.
“I’ll be your manager, I’m sure you’ll get invitations from now on” Yolanda said.
“Invitations for?” Lotus asked.
“Singing of course, I can’t wait!” Yolanda winked.
“How can you be so perfect,…I mean you’re pretty and beautiful and gorgeous and cute and adorable and…. wait, what else can I say?” Constance said and they all laughed.
“You have a rare long hair too and you have the voice of an angel, I’m glad to be your friend” Yolanda said.
“Me too” Rhythm added.
“Me too” Constance said.
“I’m glad to be a friend to y’all too and I love all of you” Lotus replied and they all had a group hug.
“Your crowd is gone already, you’re safe to come down” Yolanda said and Lotus came out of the car.
The guys are still waiting.
“Hey cute voice!” Bluey waved cutely, giving her a hug immediately.
“Gosh you’re completely cute, I love you” he said and she smiled.
“Thanks” she said.
“Are you coming here again tommorow?” Martin asked.
“I’m not sure” she replied and faced Starr.
He has been staring at her.
“I… I’m sorry for avoiding you earlier, I was just…. confused…. sorry” she said awkwardly.
“It’s ok” he said and she extended an hand for a shake.
Starr took it and took a step closer at the same time, hugging her and she immediately hugged him back.
They both didn’t say anything, they just stood that way, making others wonder why.
“Lotus” Yolanda called.
They still kept hugging.
“Starr” Bluey called too .
Martin separated them by pulling Starr away.
“It’s ok, we need to go” he said.
“Yes… We need to” Starr replied awkwardly.
“Bye cute voice!” Bluey waved.
“Bye Lotus!” Martin smiled, pulling Starr to the car.
“Hey bye” Starr waved.
“Yeah, bye” Lotus waved them all at once.
The boys drove off and Lotus smiled.
“Do you like any of the guys?” Rhythm asked, waking her up from her thoughts.
“Huh?,.. like?”
“Yes, they’re all cute” Constance replied.
“Jobless girls, Lotus don’t mind them please!” Yolanda said, pulling both Rhythm and Constance to their cars.
“Bye girls!” Lotus waved and got in her cat, Nam-Ri appeared on the driver’s seat immediately.
“Just in time” she said.
“I always keep to time” he smiled and drove away.

THE MCDONALD’S MANSION**
Starr got home and met Judy on a call in the living room but she ended the call immediately he entered.
“Honey!” She smiled as he gave her an hug.
“Mum I think I found the girl in my dreams” he said and Judy broke the hug.
“Really?”
“Yes, she sang tonight at OH and their voices are just same, no difference trust me” he said.
“You mean you concluded it’s her just because their voices are the same?”
“Of course, no other voice will sound crazily sweet like that” he replied.
“Isn’t this your illusion?” Judy said.
“I knew it, you won’t believe me” he said and ran upstairs.
“How childish of my honey” Judy smiled, dialling the number she was calling earlier again.

Starr got to his room and used his finger massager before falling on the bed.
“Was it really my illusion?, No I’m sure, it was her, their voices are the same and….”
He sat up.
“Ok mum was right, I can’t say they’re the same just because their voices are the same, I have to confirm it more tactfully” he said.
He remembered the feather tattoo he saw on her shoulder in his dreams.
“Should I just check her shoulder for the tattoo?”

Lotus was walking through the hallway when Starr appeared behind her, obviously avoiding to be seen cos he’s tiptoeing.
Lotus on the other hand is unaware that he’s following her.
He eventually got to her and without warning, he pulled down her uniform from her shoulders but didn’t get the chance to see if she really has a tattoo before she slapped him hard on the face.
He fell on the wall and she started kicking him.
“Pervert!!!!!” She screamed.
Starr woke up from his imagination and slapped himself.
“I don’t want to die” he said and fell on the bed.
“How do I confirm it I’m so curious!!!” She said, hitting his fists on the bed.

LUTHER’S MANSION**
Martin met his mum in bed already, she’s asleep.
He noticed the bruise on her cheek is still so red, he got the balm and rubbed it gently on it, making sure not to wake her up.
He finished up and covered her well before leaving her room.
His dad won’t be coming home tonight and that’s just something to be happy for.
Even if the happiness will be short-lived, it’s priceless.
He went to his room and made to rub balm on his bruised knuckles too but the bruises are gone.
“How come?, They were still there before we performed” he thought surprisingly.
He sat on his bed and sighed, remembering Lotus’s face.
When they were singing on stage earlier, he couldn’t help but feel free, like his worries left him that moment, it was comforting.
The hug played around his mind and he smiled, her scent was pleasant too.
“She’s unique” he whispered and smiled again, falling on the bed.
