Chapter 10&11: NO PEACE FOR THE HUMANS.

Her head was spinning and ringing songs of alarms. The echo and hardness of his voice was so hard in her ears. She jerked up with a loud scream causing Mrs Greene and Miss Meyers to shiver.
They rushed to her body, holding her from falling to the ground. She was shaking, screaming and yelling.
With their wolf strength, they held her in position. Theodora breathed heavily, then softly as she began to relax.
” What’s happening to her?” Mrs Greene asked the doctor.
” I wish I know. ” He simply said, with a shook.
Theodora dozed off.
After what took like thirty minutes, she woke up again. Her eyes were opened but she laid still on the bed.
” How do you feel?” Mrs Greene asked.
” A little better.” She replied softly.
” What happened?” She asked again, sounding concerned.
” I saw him.” The two ladies glared at each other, then back at her. ” Just as history said, he was down beneath the mountain, locked in chains. ”
” How does he look like? ” Miss Meyers asked.
” A beast. Like a monster. ” She sighed.
” What about the flower, did you see it too? ” Mrs Greene asked, looking at Miss Meyers.
” Yes, I saw it. It has one leaf left which means, we’ve got just few days left. ”
Just few days before the beast will be released.

She poured splashes of water on her face, rubbing it off with her palms. She stared at herself on the small mirror just above the sink.
” Do we have to be scared of you? Or should we rejoice that you’d bring freedom for us all. ” She said to herself.
Suddenly, there was a very loud scream from the outside which got almost everyone’s attention.
Theodora rushed outside only to see as people were running for their lives. ” What’s going on?” She asked one of the runners.
” The Rutherford’s, they are here. Run!! ” She was confused. What are the Rutherford’s doing in the rogue camp?
How did they find out about this place? And what exactly do they want from us?
She rushed to Mrs Greene’s office and where the other authorities were, ” The Rutherford’s are here.” She informed.
They all stood at once. ” How is that possible?” One of the men questioned.
” There must have been a spy among us all those while.” Replied another.
” What are we going to do?” Theodora asked, staring at them at the same time.
“First, we need to know what he wants.” Mrs Greene suggested.
They all went outside to the camp field where alpha Kaleb and his men halted with their horses.
” Mrs Victoria Greene, we meet again.”
” Longest time, Kaleb.”
” You missed the word ‘alpha’” he corrected.
” You might be the alpha, but you are not to me. I don’t know who or what you want with us, but we haven’t offended you. ”
” Of course not. Well, I just felt like paying you guys a surprise visit. Aren’t you supposed to be happy? ”
She scoffed. ” Happy that you almost created chaos in my camp. Happy that you’ve got an evil intention to achieve here? Please, for the sake of the Moon Goddess, let us be and we will have nothing to do with you. ”
Kaleb laughed loud and hard.” Evil intentions? Oh, I almost forgot you are a wolf. Maybe lying wasn’t the best option but yes, I came to have a little fun with you. ”
” What fun? ”
” I need rogues who will work for me. “He answered.
” You want to make my people slaves for your selfish gain? No way, I won’t let that happen!! ” She refused.
” I don’t remember requesting for that in a rude manner, so don’t let me take them in a rude manner. ”
” You are not taking any of my people. ” She insisted.
” Fine. ” Turns to his bodyguard. ” You know what to do. ”
” Attack!! ” There was a marathon race going on in the camp. People were forcefully taken, and those who refused to comply were ki||ed.
Theodora ran back to the building, sneaking into one of the toilets to hide. Her heart was beating a thousand times in just a minute.
Does it mean… It was the Rutherford’s who ki||ed her family?
It’s not even up to a week yet and they still won’t let her be with her new family??
She covered her mouth to avoid causing a noise with her breath. ” I’m gonna die. I’m gonna die.” She silently repeated the words in her head. ” No, I don’t wanna die.”
She stiffened at the loud sound of the door as it banged open. One by one they kicked the door open.
When they got to her door, she buried her face to the ground, weeping silently. ” I’m sorry, Camila. I failed you.”
The door to the toilet she hid opened, and the man grabbed her by her hand, forcefully dragging her out to the field.
The unlucky ones were made to kneel on their feet. They were all shivering, looking terrified at the same time.
” You won’t get away with this Kaleb, I will come for you one day.” Mrs Greene yelled as she tried to free herself from the hefty men.
” And I will gladly wait for you.” He laughed.
” This isn’t the end, you son of a Ɓîtçh. Even if I don’t ki|| you myself, I will make sure I come for your funeral. ” She cursed.
” We’ll see who dies first. ”
She smirked. ” We both know who’s gonna die first. ”
” Good luck. ” He turned away, speeding off.
The other men had to force the rogues to walked on their feet. The journey back to the Blue Stone pack was like walking from city to city.
Some who couldn’t withstand the torture and weight of the journey collapsed on the way, and they were throw into the bush or river, to any which was more closer to them.
Those who attempted to run were instantly ki||ed or wiped to dead. So, out of a hundred people including women and children who were taken, fifty five survived.
That night, they decided to camp for the night and continue their journey the following morning. The journey was a slow one due to the weaker ones who were among them.
The refugees were made to sit at the same place. Some women and ladies were forced for segzual satisfaction.
One of the guards picked Theodora, dragging her to sleep with him. She bit his hand, causing him to yell in pain.
He angrily slapped her and she fell to the ground, holding her affected cheek. ” You Ɓîtçh!” He cursed. ” Who do you think you are?! ”
As he dragged her by her hair, Kaleb slapped his hand off her. ” She belongs to me now.”
