MING’S COFEE SHOP**

Rhoda walked into the coffee shop, and tied her hair up, into a pony tie.

Her bracelet glittered when it came in contact with the sun.

“You’re Miss Rhoda, right?” The coffee attendant ran to her.

“Yes. I applied yesterday as an attendant yesterday and was asked to resume work today” She smiled.

“Good. I’m glad you’re here. I got a sudden skin rash and can’t stay. You’ll have to work alone today. You remember the rules, and prices right?”

“Sure. Besides, Its on the menu. I know how to make them wonderfully well too” Rhoda winked.

The lady smiled, and thanked her before leaving.

Rhoda folded her lips.
“You shouldn’t have thanked me. I was the one behind your sudden skin rash” She smiled, and remembered how she came that yesterday night and poured a brown substance mistakenly on the attendant.

Rhoda claimed it was her tone powder.

It wasn’t really a mistake. She did it. purposely.

The substance made her body itchy and gave her rashes.

It was all part of the plan, just to make her leave that day. written by sommy pearl f.

“Successfully in, boss” Rhoda whispered.

The bracelet got to work, and took her whispers to the others, which heard it, through the small bud in their ear.

AN HOUR LATER***

“2pm,,, Miss Jung Hee Sighted” Rhoda whispered, again, watching Jung Hee open the door.

Jung Hee walked to her.

“Welcome. What do you want?” Rhoda asked.

“A new attendant here?” Jung Hee asked.

“f_ck. She has a deeper voice than Ariana” Oliver muttered, and everyone sure received the message from the different places they were.

Oliver was at a game center.

Malcolm was at his dressing room, in his industry.

Ariana was at home.

Cindy was at the hospital, less busy.

Ken was at his office, waiting for a call from his many clients.

Kev was also at his office, waiting for his lecture time.

“Hmm…Hmm” Ariana cleared her throat.

“Ah…Ah…” She opened her mouth.

Cindy laughed.

“Yeah,,, I’m new. What would you love to have?” Rhoda asked, wearing a transparent glasses.

Jung Hee looked at her.

“Oh…This?” Rhoda asked, with a laugh, pointing at the glasses.

“Its recommended and I can’t see properly. I gotta wear them if I wanna make the perfect coffee for you”

Jung Hee just looked away.
“Just 2 cups of coffee. Add lots of sugar in one”

“Sure” Rhoda smiled.
“You don’t have to wait, you know?”

“What?” Jung Hee asked.

“I’m just saying you shouldn’t stress yourself by standing too much. I’m new here, so it might take long for me to make the coffee. Just, have a seat”

Jung Her stared at her for a while, looked away, and sat down.

“Its time, Bob” She whispered.

Oliver paused the game he was playing, and took out his phone.

He started tapping fast on it.

“Connected, Bullet…” He whispered.

Rhoda smiled, and adjusted her glasses.

***

“You didn’t wait so long, did you?” Rhoda forced a smile, looking deeply at her.

Oliver was watching Jung Hee from his phone, thanks to the monitoring glasses.

“Ariana. Over to you. She’s wearing…A black turtle neck, over a polka dot flaired skirt” Oliver said.

“Got it, Bob” Ariana spoke directly to the bracelet.

It made a whirring, ear splitting sound.

“Aiiishh…” Many voices came at once.

“Ariana, You don’t have to talk directly at your bracelet” Oliver said, quickly.

“Oh,,, Sorry…” She did the same mistake again, and the disturbing sound came once again.

She heard angry grunts and Mõ@ɲs.

“Oops…Sorry” She did it right, and kept her arm down.

****

“Here…” Rhoda gave it to her.

“Swipe my card” Jung Hee handed her card to her.

Rhoda left and came back after some minutes. written by sommy pearl f.

“Here, you go” Rhoda said, and Jung Hee collected it.

“Wait…” Rhoda held her, before she could stand up.

Jung Hee looked at her.
“You can’t just leave like that. Tada!!! A freebie” Rhoda chuckled, and pointed at the plastic cup on the table.

“Sorry, But I gotta go” Jung Hee maintained.

“No,,, Please. I feel bad for making you wait for so long. Please, just drink and let me have peace of mind” Rhoda said.

Jung Hee stared at her, sighed deeply and drank it at a go.
“Happy now?” She asked, and left.

Rhoda smirked.
“I’m more than happy”

“Jung Hee took the drug. She just left. Ariana, Fast…Over to you. Jung Hee has 14 minutes to pass out” Rhoda whispered, taking off the apron.

She also slid down her hair band, and her long hair fell down to her waist.

She kept a note on the counter.

It read;

RESIGNED!

***

“You heard her, Ariana. Go now! If Jung Hee passes out, You won’t be able to read her face, thereby, impersonating her” Malcolm said.

“Ariana,,, Remember. You need to make sure Jung Here stares at your face. That way, The initiation will be fast and smooth” Oliver said.

“And make sure, The glasses are on your face” He added. written by sommy pearl f.

Ariana was out now. She halted a taxi and boarded it.

“Stars Lab, please” She told the driver.

***

Jung Hee shook her head slightly. She was feeling light headed.

“Why do I feel dizzy?” She whispered, and entered the opened elevator.

“Wait, please!” Jung Hee heard a loud voice.

She looked up to see a strange lady wearing exactly like her clothes, but with dark glasses.

Jung Hee stared deeply at her, as she made her way inside.

“Who are you?” Jung Hee, asked.

“Me?…I’m You…” Ariana smiled, and at once, her face got Jung Hee’s appearance.

“Wait…What the h*ll just hap- Jung Hee paused, and slumped.

Ariana took the double coffee park, fast from the floor.

“She’s out, Ken…Sorry, I mean…Censor. Its your turn” She took her body out and the elevator took her up to the laboratory floor.

She inhaled deeply, and cleared her throat loudly.
