“What I know is that…that green shadow is really close to me than I think and that person likes Jayden. Green shadow is pratically trying to take away all the girls Jayden has eyes for. Can’t you see?”
“Huh…So. It can’t be Natalie. huh?”
“Yup. We need to be vigilant. Anyways. I think I need to meet the security men very soon before ending things with Jayden”
“Huh? Why??”
“Cause they promised to hand me the CCTV footage whenever it ready”
“What CCTV footage?” Jade demandeed.
Whitney came closer.
“It shows the green shadow who had dropped the acid and letter on Natalie’s front door” She whispered.
Jade eyes widened and
blinked quickly, and anxiously.
“So,,, you haven’t watched it yet, huh?” Jade slowly stood up.
“Yeah. Not yet but soon. I just need a call from the security peeps and I’ll move there with haste to get the footage”
Jade swallowed hard and slowly walked backwards.
“Where are you off to? Don’t you wanna rest? Or aren’t you tired of the long exhausting trip we just had?” Whitney asked, yawning already.
Jade chuckled, nervously and scratched her head.
“I’ll be right back. I just remembered something important. Gotta go” She said and scurried off.
Whitney deeply sighed and looked at the ceiling in very deep thoughts. Afterwards, she fell into deep slumber.
SECURITY ROOM**
“Good day, everyone” Jade greeted with a smile. She was breathing heavily and her mood read, anxiety.
“Yes. how may we help you?” The first man asked.
Jade inhaled.
“I need the footage now”
The 3 men exchanged glances.
“What footage? Have you even been here before?” The other asked.
“Yes…Sorry, I mean No. My friend has been here though…”
“And who is she?”
“Whitney Kennerson. This girl” Jade said, and showed them a picture of her and Whitney smiling, on her phone.
“Oh…Oh…This girl” The first smiled.
“I see, she’s your friend?” He asked.
Jade nodded.
“Yes. We are roommates too. She asked me to get the footage. I hope it’s ready cause she’s expecting it” Jade forced a smile.
“Its ready actually. We would have called since but when we heard of the summer camp you all went to, we decided not to rush things. We were actually planning to call her tomorrow”
Jade heaved.
“You don’t have to worry about that anymore. She asked me to get it”
“Okay then. Wait a minute” He said, and opened his drawer. He took a green flash drive and nodded when he saw a typical number there.
“Here” He handed it to her.
“Thanks” She smiled and left.

Natalie was on the chair. Her eyes was on the table before her. And he thoughts? There were far away, almost reaching space.
“What am I gonna do? Gosh. Tomorrow, I’ve to go tell Whitney I’m green shadow? Darn! I’m not stupid. I can’t do th-
She heard a loud sharp knock which jerked her back to reality.
“Who’s that??” She asked, quickly.
“Its me…Jade” A whisper came.
Natalie eyes blinked, worriedly.
“Why’s she here now?” She thought, and quickly opened the book before her.
She tapped the head of her pen and the mouth piece sprouted out.
She pretended that she was writing in the first place.
“Wait a minute….I’ve an idea” She smirked and took out her phone.
“Open up!!” Jade knocked again.
Natalie quickly tapped *record* and dropped it on the table, locking the phone immediately.
Natalie exhaled and walked to the door. She opened it and Jade bursted in, closing it immediately behind her.
“What’s up?” Natalie asked, as she sat back on the chair.
Her eyes glanced at her iphone which had the screen down.
Jade was breathing deeply. She went closer to Natalie.
“Change of plans” Jade muttered.
Natalie slowly took her eyes from the book.
“What do you mean?” She asked.
“You won’t be green shadow anymore”
Natalie blinked.
“Meaning?? I thought you asked me to be green shadow in place of you? I thought you asked me to pretend in order to conceal your true identity as green. shadow”
Jade snarled and took out her phone from her pocket.
“Whitney isn’t as foolish as I thought she was. She is actually thinking you aren’t green shadow anymore so don’t tell her anything”
“So…what are you gonna do now?”
“I’m gonna destruct every f_cking evidence about me…being green shadow and, make Whitney leave WSU” She said, pressing her phone.
“And how are you gonna do that?” Natalie asked.
Jade looked at her and smirked, dangerously.
“By posting the recorded file, which has Whitney talking about her fake and contract relationship with Jayden”
“Wait. The relationship was fake?”
“Sad but true. Long story”
“Wait, and how is that gonna make her leave? You think people mockery is gonna send her out of WSU? Sorry but Whitney f_cking loves Jayden and I’m even complaining” Natalie shrugged.
Jade scoffed.
“Her mum ..If her mum sees or rather hears it. That’s the end. Whitney must be a coward. Can’t believe I was the initial reason for her long stay in WSU. If I knew I was the reason since, I would have sent her packing”
Natalie just stared at her, quite confused.
“So, what are you doing now?” Natalie asked, staring at Jade who seemed extra busy with her phone.
Jade smirked when a sound chipped loudly from her phone.
“I just joined the school group for finalist under disguise”
“You mean, you posted in the group using Green shadow?”
“Hmm…Hmm” Jade nodded.
Natalie swallowed hard.
“And don’t tell me you just posted the stuff. I mean…the recording?”
“Just did. I also need to destroy this” Jade clenched her fist around the flash drive.
“What’s that?” Natalie asked.
“What else? Stupid and poor Whitney asked for it…to find the green shadow. Seems I was faster”
“So, Its the CCTV footage?”
“Yeah..Wow!! People are already commenting and sharing!! It’s getting viral already. Gotta go. Plans manifested” Jade winked and entered the bathroom.
She threw the flash drive into the toilet and flushed it right away.
She came out, patted Natalie’s shoulder and made to take hr leave.
Natalie smiled and nodded.
Jade stopped suddenly and turned her head behind, to Natalie.
“Natalie…Do you wanna know a bigger secret?”
Natalie turned to her.
“Huh? What?”
“I do this all the time…” Jade said, smiling suspiciously.
Natalie gawked at her.
“I…don’t understand. What’s that?”
“Recording” Jade winked, took few steps and grabbed Natalie’s phone from the table.
“Hey!!” Natalie shouted and stood up.
Jade suddenly smashed it on the ground without asking, to check if she was even recording in the first place.
The phone broke into unmatchable million small pieces.
It was f_cking beyond repair now and so unrecognizable.
Almost all part of the room floor has small sharp lustre glasses around
“My phone!! What did you just do???!” Natalie demanded, walking close to her, in rage.
Jade quickly grabbed the small mirror on the table and made it break into half by hitting it.
She took the sharp piece to Natalie’s neck who shivered, and stared fearfully.
Her neck had a cut now and Jade wasn’t still taking away the sharp mirror from the cut which blood oozed out from.
“And you aren’t good at all.. in these things, Nat” She whispered strongly, with scorn.
